  • Registered Acupuncturist

    Brian Jang is an acupuncturist with a transformative approach to wellness, drawing on over 12 years of experience in physical and mental health care.

    Initially trained in physiological pain treatment and manual techniques, he discovered the profound impact of stress on the body and expanded his focus to the brain-body connection.

    He now provides integrated care for physical and mental pain, utilizing evidence-based practices and specialized training in functional rehabilitation, pain neutralization techniques, autonomic nervous system reset, cognitive movement systems, homeopathic medicine, and functional medicine.

  • Yoga Instructor

    Julia is a yoga teacher and lifelong student of movement, mindfulness, and the body. She’s been practicing yoga for over 20 years and completed her teacher training in 2014, with additional certifications in Yin and Restorative yoga.

    Her classes are rooted in presence, accessibility, and nervous system awareness, creating a welcoming space for all bodies. Her Yin offerings provide a spacious, meditative experience that supports emotional and physical balance.

    With training in the Wheel of Consent, Peer Counseling, and Reiki, Julia brings a gentle, intuitive approach to Yin & Pin — supporting deep rest, emotional regulation, and embodied connection.
