    Julia is a yoga teacher and lifelong student of movement, mindfulness, and the body, practicing for over 20 years and completing her teacher training in 2014, with additional certifications in Yin and Restorative yoga. Her classes are rooted in presence, accessibility, and nervous system awareness, offering a spacious, meditative experience that supports emotional and physical balance. With training in the Wheel of Consent, Peer Counseling, and Reiki, she brings a gentle, intuitive approach to Yin & Pin, fostering deep rest, emotional regulation, and embodied connection.

  • Registered Acupuncturist

    Brian Jang is an acupuncturist with over 12 years’ experience in physical and mental health care. Initially trained in physiological pain treatment and manual techniques, he recognized the profound impact of stress on the body and expanded his focus to the brain-body connection. He now offers integrated care for physical and mental pain, drawing on evidence-based practices and training in functional rehabilitation, pain neutralization, autonomic nervous system reset, cognitive movement systems, homeopathic medicine, and functional medicine.
